Available if requested 7+ days before the class, minus the payment processing fees that Squarespace keeps (we never do). Processing fees are set by Squarespace and payment providers, and we have no control over these charges.
Within 7 Days:
Refunds aren’t available, but you can transfer your spot to another actor. Just email us their name at admin@theboxactorcoalition.com at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-Minute (within 24 hours):
Cancellations or no-shows aren’t eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.
If The Box Cancels:
If we ever need to cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll receive a full refund (including processing fees) or the option to transfer your seat to another date.
