On July 14, 2025, a devastating storm caused severe flooding in Julie Gudz’s neighborhood, causing severe damage to her home. The foundation has shifted, the interior is unsafe, and experts have said the structure could collapse at any moment. To make matters worse, insurance has denied her claim, and emergency services haven’t been able to offer assistance.
Julie is a beloved member of our community - a hardworking agent, a champion for her clients, and someone who always shows up for others. Now, it’s our turn to show our support for her.
We’re hosting We Love Julie Gudz: An Industry Panel, a donation-based event bringing together agents, managers, and other industry leaders for an evening of of honest industry talk, career insights, and community support. 100% of proceeds will go directly to Julie to help her secure safe housing, cover emergency expenses, and begin to rebuild.
